What is the best strategy to win Mahjong Solitaire?
Clear top-layer tiles first so lower tiles unlock faster, and when several identical pairs are free, match the pair that frees the most blocked tiles. Avoid matching a pair just because it is visible: every removal changes which tiles become free, so think one move ahead and save shuffles for real deadlocks.
Can I undo a move or restart the board in Mahjong Solitaire?
There is no undo — every removed pair is final, so check what each match unlocks before you tap. If you paint yourself into a corner, the restart button deals a fresh solvable board instantly (score resets to zero).
