Do pieces wall-kick when rotating in Tetris Neon?
Yes. If a rotation would collide near a wall or the stack, the game tries small offsets — one or two cells sideways or up — so the piece snaps into place instead of locking the rotation. That is what makes tight corners and T-shaped slots playable.

Build a flat stack with a single empty column (a well) on one side, and park your I-piece in hold until the well is 4+ rows deep.
